Companion Club Children may accompany a registered companion into the Companion Suite, Welcome Reception, and Exhibit Hall. They must be accompanied by a registered adult at all times.
A free, Basic Badge may be issued to those companions who would like access to the Exhibit Hall but do not wish to register for the Companion Club. They may be signed up for free within any paying registrant’s registration.
A badge will also be useful for any younger companions wishing to attend the Youth Technical Program.
This badge will have no bar code, no tracking, and no charge.
Free access to the Exhibit Hall is available to adult customers and clients of our exhibitors, and those with an interest in EMC+SIPI. Youth aged 17 and under must be accompanied by a registered adult.
Exhibitors and their reps must register through the Exhibitor Registration in order to receive an EXHIBITOR ribbon.

The IEEE EMC Society provides funding to selected economically disadvantaged engineers from both developing and developed countries to attend the annual IEEE International Symposium on EMC (ISEMC). Financial support is limited to basic symposium registration, excluding optional activities and services, and may also include travel and/or lodging expenses.
The Financial Assistance Program for Economically Disadvantaged Engineers (FAP/EDE) committee shall determine the level of support to be provided. This committee has been formed by the IEEE EMC Society Board of Directors.
The applicant must present a technical paper in which he or she is the principal author or participate in a workshop, tutorial or demonstration that provides a substantial contribution to the conference. If there are multiple authors or presenters, only one can apply for financial assistance. For further information and requirements, go to http://www.emcs.org/financial-assistance-program.html
For Registration and total order: Notice of cancellation must be received in writing via email sent to EMC@iplanitmeetings.com. A $50 USD processing fee will be charged for registrations cancelled prior to June 6, 2018. For cancellations between June 6, 2018 and July 6, 2018, a 50% refund will be given. There will be no refunds after midnight EDT on July 6, 2018.
For Socials, Tours, and Extras, only: Notice of cancellation of an individual “extra” item must be received in writing via email sent to EMC@iplanitmeetings.com, by July 6, 2018. There will be no refunds after midnight EDT on July 6, 2018. The EMC+SIPI 2018 Symposium Committee reserves the right to cancel any tour that does not meet the minimum requirement. If a tour is cancelled, you will receive a full refund and will be contacted prior to the symposium.
